Questions about support
Do I need a subscription?
No. One-time support is available from €0.50 up to €50 and never creates a monthly payment. Every €10 grants 1,500 Tomestones, with cents calculated proportionally.
When will I receive my Tomestones?
As soon as Stripe confirms payment, XIVFriends automatically credits the reward to your signed-in account. A subscription reward is granted again after every successfully paid monthly invoice.
How do I manage my subscription?
After your first Stripe payment, this page provides access to the secure Stripe customer portal for payment methods, subscription changes and cancellation. Existing Patreon subscriptions remain managed at Patreon.
Why am I not listed here?
The list only shows supporters who explicitly opted into public display at checkout. Amounts and payment details are never published.
